What you're getting

This Chillafish Charlie Glow balance bike has light-up wheels that power themselves as your child rides — the faster they go, the brighter they glow. No batteries needed, which is rather handy.

The 10-inch tyres are puncture-proof and don't need inflating, so you're not faffing about with a pump every five minutes. The seat and handlebars both adjust in height, so it'll grow with your toddler for a bit longer. It's lightweight enough that your child can handle it easily, and there's an integrated carry handle for when your arms get tired.

You get the bike itself, with an adjustable seat (28–37cm) and handlebar (48–51cm). The light-up wheels add visibility when you're out and about, which is a nice bonus on darker days.
