Deinonychus

Deinonychus was a proper hunter—fast, vicious, and built for the kill. Its name means "terrible claw," which it earned fair and square: each foot had a large, retractable hunting claw that'd snap forward and tear deep wounds into whatever dinosaur it was after. Like its cousin the Velociraptor, it knew how to use that claw to devastating effect. The main difference? Deinonychus was about twice the size, which made it even more of a handful.
