What you're getting
You've got a proper wooden playhouse here – solid fir wood that'll give your garden a bit of character, and each one's slightly different because, well, that's what real wood does. It slots together without faffing about, so you're not spending your weekend swearing at an instruction manual.
It's roomy enough for the 3–8 crowd to actually do something in there without bumping elbows, with doors on both sides so nobody gets stuck playing gatekeeper. There's a couple of glazed windows too, which means it won't feel like a wooden box.
The wood's smooth enough that you can paint or decorate it if you fancy making it properly yours. Fair warning though: natural wood shifts with the weather, so you might get a bit of white residue on it now and then – just wipe it off. Minor cracks or warping can happen, but it won't affect how solid the thing is. If you're somewhere damp, a coat of wax, varnish, or water-based paint will help keep mould at bay.
It's fully safety certified, and that initial woody smell you'll notice when it arrives is just the fir being fir – nothing dodgy about it.
