What you're getting
Build your own Cornish Pixie from Chamber of Secrets and actually keep the chaos contained. This set lets you construct a 1:1 scale version with poseable head, arms and fingers, then display it on the transparent stand in flying position or standing up however you fancy.
What you're really getting is a proper collectible with character. It comes with a buildable Gilderoy Lockhart book and mid-spill ink bottle, so the whole scene feels properly thought through rather than just a lone figure gathering dust.
The build itself keeps them occupied for a good stretch, and once it's done it works as a display piece, a storytelling prop, or something to fiddle with when they're bored. The LEGO Builder app has digital instructions that let them zoom, rotate and track progress themselves, which means you're not hunched over the instructions for hours.
