What you're getting
This audio card gives you 16 children's meditations designed to help your child unwind and feel calmer. You get four themes — Creative Meditations, Floating Meditations, Soothing Meditations, and Peaceful Meditations — with four individual visualisations in each one.
Christiane Kerr, a yoga and Montessori teacher who runs relaxation courses for children, guides your child through carefully scripted story meditations. Each one layers subtle sound effects and gentle music under her calming voice, so they're genuinely soothing rather than trying too hard.
You can use it at home or in the classroom. Running time is 45 minutes. Works with Yoto Player or Yoto Mini.
